We rent out our space for weddings, parties, presentations, receptions and other events. The below fees include 108|Contemporary staff, cleaning services after the event, and assistance in coordinating your caterer and rental services. Contact us with any questions you may have. We are happy to let you know what kind of art will be in the space during your event.

Event Rates:

Non-Profit: $500
Member: $750
Not yet a Member: $1000

Meeting Rates:

One hour: $50
Two hours: $100


  • Standing capacity for 120 people
  • Seated event contingent upon exhibition
  • Compatible with most vendors
  • Six 6’ tables with black linens available
  • Ten relaxing chairs great for small intimate meetings
  • Projector available for slide show presentations
  • Microphones and audio system available
  • A standard cleaning fee is included in rental rates. Additional rates may apply for extensive cleanup.
  • Bartending services available for an additional fee of $150 per event


  • The security deposit amount is half of the overall cost and must be paid upon booking the event
  • The event must be scheduled one month prior to the event
  • Permits to serve alcohol must be obtained when required by law
  • No red wine at any events
