Dear Friends of 108|Contemporary,
This year has brought a lot of unexpected changes for the gallery, the community, and beyond. We all found ourselves creating and sharing in new ways, and it was so encouraging to have you stick with us as we transitioned to more online communication. You participated in our virtual artist meet-ups, enjoyed our #CraftingPositivity campaign, and shared our Craft Explained videos.
For the wellness of our staff and the public, our doors were closed for half a year waiting until we felt ready to safely re-open, and even then we were unsure of what this “new normal” would look like.
However, since reopening, you all have truly shown up for the gallery and each other. You have been so generous with your in-person donations, so we wanted to say THANK YOU for continuing your support of 108 and contemporary fine craft.
Your donations to the cash boxes in our gallery make craft kits and other educational programming possible. Times haven’t been easy for anyone this year, but we appreciate your ongoing support.
With your help, we hope to continue bringing you opportunities to connect with craft and with each other.
