108|Contemporary is the perfect venue for intimate parties, presentations, receptions and other small events. Our gallery has 20-foot ceilings, huge warehouse windows, polished concrete floors, and unique artwork to serve as your special event backdrop. Our fine craft exhibitions change every 6-8 weeks. Contact us or stop by during open hours for a guided tour of the gallery and our amenities.

  • Compatible with most vendors
  • Six 6’ tables with black linens available
  • Three cocktail tables with black linens available
  • Microphones and audio system available
  • A standard cleaning fee is included in rental rates. Additional rates may apply for extensive cleanup.
  • Bartending services available for an additional fee of $200 per event

Requirements:

  • The security deposit amount is half of the overall cost and must be paid upon booking the event
  • The event must be scheduled one month before the event
  • Permits to serve alcohol must be obtained when required by law
  • No red wine at any events

One hour: $125
Two hours: $250
